From High Desert Seeds in Paonia, Co - This is our favorite lacinato or dinosaur type. Seems to be more vigourous earlier in the season when it is still cool. More resistant to aphids than other types in our trials. Savoyed leaves are dark green with a sweet flavor and show minimal signs of roling inward.
